EADmotors digital linear actuators are based on modified hybrid stepping motors that incorporate an integral nut assembly and precision lead screw design. They are extremely reliable and cost effective devices that provide a simple and efficient method of creating a linear positioning system. These precision devices are capable of producing a linear force of up to 700 pounds and resolution up to 0.000125 inches per 1.8° step. Standard designs feature internal rotating nuts made from SAE 660 bearing bronze. Optional designs featuring plastic nuts, replaceable nuts, and ball screw assemblies are also available.
