PRICING GUIDELINES

Due to constant price changes instated by our manufacturers, we recommend that you contact us via phone, fax or e-mail for updated pricing information before placing your order.

SHIPPING GUIDELINES

	Minimum order is $50.00.
	Shipping charges and insurance are added to all orders.
	Blanket orders with scheduled shipments can be arranged.
	Most in-stock items will ship the same day if your order is received by 3:00 PM Eastern
	Standard Time (subject to credit approval).
	UPS, FedEx and other courier services are used. For shipments other than UPS, we require
	your account number to ship against. If you have a specific carrier preference, please let us know.
	International Ordering: Shipments outside the U.S. are subject to a $25.00 Export
	Handling Fee and may also be subject to Export Commissions. The purchaser is responsible for all import duties, taxes and tariffs.
	All shipments are FOB Montville, N.J.

RETURN POLICY

We will accept returns for replacement or credit at your request providing:
	Merchandise must be unused and in the original packaging.
	All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number and Form.
	All returns must be made within 30 days from the date or original shipment.
	Return freight charges must be prepaid. Material returned due to customer ordering error or
	special order items or failure to comply with above procedures is subject to restocking charges.

WARRANTY & PRODUCT LIABILITY

All items are guaranteed to operate in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications.  Every product carries either the manufacturer's warranty or a Servo Systems Co. warranty.  The warranty period varies depending on the product.  We assure customer satisfaction at all times. All specifications and pricing are subject to change without notice.
