This custom machinery features assembly with brushless DC servo motors, a compact, quiet design, and an easy to operate touch screen. The EFCM Version 6 Edible Cutting Machine produces clean, sharp, straight, accurate and precise cuts, even after millions of filled boxes. It will cut supported and unsupported films, including OTC films, breath films, candy films, vitamin films and medical films.

Keeping reliability and value in mind, Servo Systems Co. is pleased to introduce a new line of low-profile linear stages to our valued customers. By using an anti-backlash lead-screw assembly and profiled linear bearings, we have engineered and produced the Low Profile Series of stages.

Currently, Servo Systems Co. is offering the new Low Profile Series in 4 in., 8 in. and 12 in. travel lengths.  In addition, we are offering miniature stages in 1 in., 2 in., 3 in., 4 in., and 9 in. travel lengths, heavy duty stages in 5 in., 13 in., 24 in., and 35 in. travel lengths, and a 1.5 in. vertical stage with scissor mechanism.

Stock screw pitches come in 1 in., .5 in., .25 in., and .2 in. The Low Profile Series can also include any custom length and/or lead-screw pitches requested by our customers.

We can configure any of our stages in X-Y and X-Y-Z configurations. And we can complete this linear system with any step motor, servo motor, or SmartMotor™ that is needed for your application.

Servo Systems Co. is offers our customers HIWIN Technologies Corp.'s linear guideways in the MGN-12 and MGN-15 series.  These small-scale, narrow linear guideways are tiny and lightweight, thus suitable for miniature equipment.  Other features include: Special grade stainless steel composition for anti-corrosion ability; Gothic arch contact design, with high rigidity and accuracy characteristics in all directions; and steel balls constrained by a miniature retainer to prevent loss of balls when removing the block away from the rail.

The MGN series can be used in many applications, such as: Semiconductor equipment, PCB assembly equipment, medical equipment, robots, measuring equipment, office automation equipment, and other miniature sliding mechanisms.
